  • What are the check-in/out times?
    Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00.
  • Is early check-in or late check-out available?
    Check-in is from 15:00, with early check-in available for just £30, subject to availability. Check-out is at 11:00, with late check-out available for just £40, subject to availability.
  • What's the check-in process?
    Our check-in process is designed to be quick and effortless, ensuring a smooth start to your stay! We’ll simply need to verify a form of ID (digital or physical) for the person whose name is on the booking. A security deposit may also be required, which will be returned at check-out. If paid in cash, it’s refunded instantly, while card refunds may take up to a month to process, depending on your bank.
  • What documents do I need for check-in?
    You’ll need to present a physical or digital ID matching the name on the booking at our 24-hour reception.
  • What amenities are included in my stay?
    Fully furnished rooms/apartments Free high-speed Wi-Fi Smart TV with streaming services Kitchenette Complimentary tea/coffee (In some of our buildings) Towels, toiletries, and linens Hairdryer Iron and ironing board 24/7 Reception On-site laundry facilities Lift (In most of our buildings) Luggage storage
  • Is WiFi available?
    Yes! We provide free high speed Wi-Fi in all of our buildings.
  • Are cleaning services provided?
    We provide daily service to remove rubbish, take out old towels and give you new towels. However a full room service is available for stays longer than 4 nights.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept majority of card payments, BACS, cash payment and also payment via a secure link.
  • What's the cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy is as follows: For non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued in case of cancellation. For refundable bookings, you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your arrival to receive a full refund.
  • Can I modify my booking?
    Yes however this is subject to availability
  • How can I contact the support team? (Emergency and non emergency)
